Step 2 - Select your registration type Step 3 - Enter your registration information and click "next" Step 4 - Review your selections and select how you would like to pay: By check: click "invoice me" and mail a check. Send a check made out to Society for Transplant Social Workers to:
By Credit Card: click "pay online" and complete payment information Step 5 - Confirmation email will be sent. You can also find registration information by signing in, clicking your name in the upper right corner and selecting "my event registrations". If you are not a STSW member, log-in information will be emailed to you.
