Registration for the conference on Tuesday through October 10th. This registration does NOT include the pre-conference.
Conference Two Day - Tuesday & Thursday – $300.00

Conference Two Day - Tuesday & Wednesday – $350.00
Registration for Tuesday and Wednesday.
Conference Two Day - Wednesday & Thursday – $300.00
Registration for Wednesday and Thursday.
Pre-Conference & Conference – $550.00
Registration for the pre-conference on Monday and the conference on Tuesday through Thursday.
Pre-Conference Only – $100.00
Registration for the pre-conference on Monday. This registration does NOT include attendance to the conference.
