Since the late 1980’s, exhibitors have been present at our annual conferences, and over the years this has grown. Ongoing financial support of the conference has allowed the Society to continue to hold this annual educational and networking event. Each year we also receive support from local exhibitors in the community where the conference is being held, such as community home health agencies, transportation companies and rehabilitation facilities.

Exhibitors tell us that the conference offers an excellent opportunity to meet social workers from many transplant programs both in the United States and internationally. Social workers appreciate learning about services these exhibitors provide. Interactions are plentiful. Exhibitors typically set up information booths the night before the meeting begins and join our members at a welcome reception. Exhibitors’ information tables are accessible throughout the conference with opportunities to meet before educational sessions start each day and during breaks. We have a gala reception each year that promotes networking in a relaxed atmosphere.

Despite the Society’s growth, the conference continues to be a comfortable venue for transplant professionals to talk and connect. We would welcome your support!
