We are pleased to announce that we are now taking applications for scholarships for the 41st STSW Conference in Raleigh, North Carolina.

STSW offers a number of scholarships each year to STSW members.  The scholarship will cover the cost of the registration fee for the pre-conference and conference.  The scholarship does not cover any travel or lodging fees.  To apply, you must have an active STSW membership.  Priority will be given to conference speakers, first-time attendees, credentialed members and those who have not been awarded a scholarship in the past 3 years.  ALL scholarship recipients are required to moderate at least one to two sessions during the conference as directed by the conference committee.  Specific instructions will be provided in the weeks leading up to the conference.

To submit an application, please complete the form below.  An acknowledgement of your application submission will be sent by email after we receive it. 

The deadline for applications is July 20, 2026.  Applications received after the deadline, incomplete or from non-members or expired members will not be considered.  Scholarship recipients will be notified during the week of July 27th .

If you are applying for a scholarship, do not register or pay your conference registration fees until after you have been notified of the application decision.  Instructions on how to register will be provided at that time.
