Submit your presentation via the DropBox link by FRIDAY, OCTOBER 10, 2025.
Presenter Session Details:
During your session, you will be speaking from a podium equipped with a laptop where you will be able to see your presentation. A copy of your presentation will be uploaded and ready to display on the laptop in the room where you will be presenting. If you have notes in your power point, you will be able to view these from the laptop. Otherwise, you will see a mirror image of what is being shown to attendees. A microphone will be available at the podium. Depending on the room size, microphones will be available to audience members to ask questions (microphones may not be needed for some breakout sessions in smaller rooms). A moderator will be available to assist you throughout the presentation. They will introduce you and help with questions/comments from the audience. They will also give you time reminders near the end of the presentation.
Conference App/Website
During the conference, we will be using a conference app that will have information on your session, including your name, email address (if you choose to include), your photo (if you choose to include), biography and summary of your session. A PDF copy of your power point will also be made available and there is opportunity to provide other PDF files to attendees if desired. The conference website and app will be made available to presenters a few weeks before the conference.
** Presenters that would prefer to not have their email address or photo shared on the conference website/app, should send us an email as soon as possible at conference@stsw.org **
Conference Registration/Badge
If you plan to attend other sessions at the conference beyond your own session, please be sure to register. You will receive your presentation badge, along with all of your other conference materials, when you check in at the registration table upon arriving at the conference.
If you are only participating in the conference to present at your session and do not plan to attend any other days/sessions, please go to the registration table upon arrival and get your conference badge.
By Friday, OCTOBER 10th 2025, please submit your presentation materials using the DropBox Submission Link below.
- The presentation slides you will be using during your presentation. PLEASE NOTE THAT NO CHANGES WILL BE ABLE TO BE MADE AFTER YOU SUBMIT YOUR PRESENTATION.
- Any PDF files that you would like to share with attendees of your session.
- Picture (if you did not already submit one with your original application and would like to have your picture included on the website/app)
