Donated Dental Services / Dental Lifeline Network

Dental Lifeline Network is a national nonprofit organization that provides access to dental care to people who cannot afford it. The mission of DLN is to improve the oral health of people with disabilities or who are elderly or medically challenged and have no other way to get help. DLN accomplishes its mission by developing and coordinating collaborative relationships that provide essential dental resources for direct-service programs, especially charitable care.

Through DLN’s flagship program, Donated Dental Services (DDS), dental treatment is provided through a national network of 15,000 volunteer dentists and 3,700 volunteer laboratories.

We provide help for those who need it most and we can help your efforts to enhance social functioning and overall well-being among the communities, families, and individuals you serve.

If you are aware of a patient that fits our general criteria (elderly, medically fragile, etc):

  3. Fill out the application.

Additionally, patients with documentation from his/her physician stating that the patient cannot receive essential medical treatment due to a dental condition can apply for the DDS program even if the county or state is closed to new applications.  Send both the application and the form to the local contact listed on the website.
